LandedLate in ChatGPT and Claude
Ask your assistant what happened to your flight, and LandedLate checks it against Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations with the same rules as the check on this site. You get the verdict, the amount per passenger, the rule it rests on, the next step and the deadline, in the chat.
What it does
- Checks a flight. For a delay, cancellation, denied boarding or missed connection on a flight to, from or within Canada: whether compensation is likely owed, worth challenging or probably not owed, how much, and what else the airline had to do. If something is missing, it says exactly what to ask.
- Explains the claim steps. Where to send a claim for airlines whose claim channel we have verified, what to say when the airline refuses or offers a voucher, and how to complain to the Canadian Transportation Agency.
To write the claim itself, the app links to this site, already filled in with your answers. Your name and booking details are added on your own device and never pass through the app.
Try asking
- “My Air Canada flight landed 5 hours late. Am I owed anything?”
- “WestJet cancelled my flight for crew scheduling. What can I claim?”
- “The airline says the delay was for safety. Do I still get compensation?”
How to add it
ChatGPT: go to Plugins, choose Add, then Create MCP App, and enter the server address below with no authentication.
Claude: go to Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and enter the same address.
Server address: https://landedlate.ca/mcp
Limits
- Canada's rules only. Flights that never touch Canada (for example within Europe or the United States) are not covered.
- Not for lost or damaged baggage, travel insurance or credit-card claims.
- Answers depend on what you tell it, and on the rules in force today. Proposed changes are not applied until they become law.
- General information, not legal advice. The airline or the Canadian Transportation Agency decides each case.
Privacy and support
The app receives only flight categories (airline, what happened, delay band, reason, claim status, passengers and, if given, the flight date) and keeps a log of them for 12 months, with the date cut to the month and no flight numbers or personal details. Details on the privacy page; terms on the terms page. Questions or problems: corrections@landedlate.ca.
