Privacy
LandedLate is built so we never hold your personal information.
What stays on your device
Your answers, your name and email if you type them into a claim, and the claims you mark as sent are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
What reaches our server
When you enter a flight number and date, we look up that flight's public schedule and arrival time. That request contains only the flight number and date.
If you choose to report how your claim ended, we store the airline code, the month of the flight, the type of disruption, the reason category, the delay band, the outcome and the amount. No name, email, booking reference or free text. These anonymous records build a public picture of how airlines answer claims.
What we don't do
No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling or sharing of data. Your claim goes from you to the airline; we never see it.
