These terms cover LandedLate on landedlate.ca and the LandedLate app in ChatGPT and Claude. By using either, you agree to them.

What LandedLate is

A free tool that gives general information about Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations and helps you write your own claim to an airline. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and using it does not make anyone your lawyer or representative. LandedLate is independent: it is not connected to any airline or to the Canadian Transportation Agency.

No guarantee

Results depend on what you tell us and on the rules as published. They say what is likely, not what will happen. The airline, the Canadian Transportation Agency or a court decides each case. Check the details that matter to you, and get legal advice if you need it.

Your claim is yours

You decide whether to send a claim, and you send it yourself. LandedLate does not contact airlines for you, charges nothing and takes no share of any payment.

In ChatGPT and Claude

The app gives the same information as the website. Your use of ChatGPT or Claude is also governed by OpenAI's or Anthropic's own terms. What the app receives and keeps is described in our privacy page.

Fair use

Please don't use LandedLate in a way that harms it or other people, such as automated bulk requests or attempts to break its security. We may limit or pause the service to protect it.

Limits

LandedLate is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it. We may change the service or these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
